Nach einem Jahr Planung und Organisation dürfen wir euch endlich offiziell den "TYPO3 User Group München Verein" vorstellen.

After almost a year of planning and organizing we are proud to officially present the "TYPO3 User Group München Association".

Am 14.10.2020 fand die Gründungsveranstaltung des TYPO3 User Group München Vereins statt. Mit Hilfe von 9 anwesenden Gründungsmitgliedern wurde die Satzung des Vereins beschlossen und damit eine wichtige Stütze für die TYPO3 User Group München und das TYPO3camp München ins Leben gerufen. Der Verein bietet den Münchner TYPO3-Enthusiasten eine wichtige Struktur, die für einige Aufgaben wie etwa der Kommunikation mit offiziellen Organen unabdingbar ist. Zudem wird auch die benötigte Infrastruktur im Hintergrund der User Group Münchens als auch des TYPO3camp Münchens auch rechtlich auf mehrere Schultern verteilt und Abhängigkeiten von Einzelpersonen reduziert. Durch die angestrebte Gemeinnützigkeit soll die Möglichkeit eröffnet werden, sich auch durch Spenden zu finanzieren.

Aktuell laufen die notwendigen organisatorischen Schritte für eine ordnungsgemäße Eintragung ins Vereinsregister und Anerkennung der Gemeinnützigkeit.

Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass es natürlich nicht nötig ist, Mitglied in diesem Verein zu werden, um an der TYPO3 User Group München und dem TYPO3camp München teilzunehmen und konstruktiv mitzuwirken. Der Verein hat in diesem Sinne eine reine Förderwirkung. Auch wird sich an der Organisations der User Group Treffen und des TYPO3camps nichts ändern: Um die User Group kümmern sich weiterhin Stefan Busemann und Peter Kraume, um das Camp kümmert sich das Camp-Orga-Team.

On October 14th 2020 the founding event of the TYPO3 User Group Munich Association took place. With the help of 9 founding members present, the association's statutes were adopted, thus creating an important support for the TYPO3 User Group Munich and the TYPO3camp Munich. The association offers Munich's TYPO3 enthusiasts an important structure which is indispensable for some tasks, such as communication with official bodies. In addition, the necessary infrastructure in the background of the Munich User Group and the Munich TYPO3camp is also legally distributed over several shoulders, reducing dependency on individuals. The intended non-profit status is intended to open up the possibility of being financed by donations.

Currently, the necessary organizational steps for a proper registration in the register of associations and recognition of non-profit status are underway.

It is important to mention that it is of course not necessary to become a member of this association in order to participate and constructively contribute to the TYPO3 User Group Munich and the TYPO3camp Munich. In this sense, the association has a purely promotional effect. Nor will there be any change in the organization of the User Group Meeting and the TYPO3camp: Stefan Busemann and Peter Kraume will continue to look after the User Group, while the Camp will be looked after by the Camp-Orga-Team.
